About Guillaume Marmin

Guillaume Marmin create installation and performances that explores the relationship between light, sound and space. Influenced by cinematographer as Norman McLaren and Stan Brakhage but also by the cinetic art, he follows the study of movement with contemporary tools. His creations talks about our relation with light, enhanced by scientific problematics and collaboration with the scientific area. Sound and music are also a lot represented in his creations : he created scenographies and performances for Jeff Mills or for the duo Walter Dean .
